Fox Owen has been making comics since he was just four years old. From the very beginning he was building his own universe — his own characters, his own stories, his own world. Over the years the comics kept coming, each one bigger and bolder than the last.

As Fox got older, he eventually grew out of that first universe and stepped away from comics for a couple of years to focus on other things. But the ideas never stopped. One day, a brand new universe started forming in his head — completely different characters, completely new stories, built from scratch.

The very first character he created for this new world? Dr Doody — a bald scientist who travels around in a six-legged toilet. Only Fox could come up with that.

After a lot of planning, the first few books took shape, and Wedgie World was born. What started as one idea quickly grew into a full universe — complete with Wedgie Chef, the bacon-frying hero sworn to protect the city, his loyal ally Wedgie Pizza, the villainous Captain Toadstool and his army of mushroom minions, a Giant Evil Watermelon, a gang of Terrible Trees, and two Dumb Cops who are absolutely certain they know what they're doing.

With five books already out and selling across Australia, Fox is just getting started. He even copyrighted his work at age 10. Watch this space — Wedgie World is only getting bigger. 🩲
